GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions of sale govern exclusively the sales of products from the AZAYLA brand made via its website www.azaylabrand.com and solely intended for non-commercial consumers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer(s)"). They are systematically accessible on this website by the buyer at the time of order registration. Consequently, placing an order implies the buyer's acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of all other conditions appearing in leaflets or catalogues issued by AZAYLA, and in particular those applicable to in-store sales or through other distribution and marketing channels.

The sale of AZAYLA products on this website is exclusively reserved for the end consumer, meaning any natural or legal person not acting in a commercial capacity and having the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Consequently, orders from professionals will not be fulfilled by AZAYLA. In this regard, AZAYLA reserves the right to cancel any abnormal order, such as an order for quantities of products exceeding the normal needs of a consumer, or abnormal order flows to the same billing and/or delivery address.

Furthermore, AZAYLA products are intended to be sold exclusively through AZAYLA's distribution networks or those contracted by AZAYLA. Consequently, Customers or consumers who purchase AZAYLA products on its B2C website are prohibited from selling, purchasing or receiving as a gift AZAYLA products for the purpose of reselling them outside of AZAYLA's distribution networks, including on internet platforms. Beyond the harm caused to the integrity of AZAYLA products, such actions may give rise to civil and, where applicable, criminal liability for those responsible.

AZAYLA and the Customers are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."

AZAYLA reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale and warranties, as well as the content of information published on the Website, at any time and without prior notice, it being understood that any modifications made will not apply to orders validated by the Customer, accepted and confirmed by AZAYLA.

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the terms and conditions of these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC"). The GTC express the entirety of the obligations of the Parties. The Customer is deemed to accept them without reservation.

They are accessible on the Website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contradictory document. It is specified that the Customer has the option to save and/or print the GTC, provided that no modifications are made to them.
