This shipping policy is intended to inform our customers of the terms and conditions for the delivery of orders placed with AZAYLA BRAND. We are committed to processing every order with care and diligence to guarantee you a smooth and satisfying shopping experience, from order confirmation through to delivery at your door.

1. Delivery Zone

AZAYLA BRAND delivers across the entire territory of the Kingdom of Morocco, covering all cities and regions, through our official logistics partner SENDIT. At this time, we do not yet offer international delivery. We will keep you informed of any changes to our delivery zones.

2. Order Processing and Preparation

Each order is carefully prepared by our team. Order processing takes place after confirmation. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order confirmed on a Friday evening, a Saturday or a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are shipped and delivered within 48 working hours from order confirmation. This timeframe is provided as an indication and may be subject to variation in the event of exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, public holidays, seasonal peak demand, etc.). In the event of an extended delay, AZAYLA BRAND commits to informing you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are set at 35 MAD for any order, regardless of the destination within Morocco or the order amount. These fees are indicated at checkout and are included in the total displayed.

5. Payment Methods

AZAYLA BRAND offers two payment methods to provide you with maximum flexibility:

  • Secure online payment via Payzone, available directly on our website www.azaylabrand.com. This payment method allows you to pay for your order at the time of checkout, securely, by bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD).
  • Cash on delivery, paid directly to the SENDIT delivery agent upon receipt of your parcel. No prepayment or advance payment will be required in this case.

6. Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to follow the progress of your order in real time via the tools made available by SENDIT. For any questions regarding the tracking of your delivery, you may also contact us directly.

7. Parcel Receipt

We invite you to check the condition of your parcel in the presence of the delivery agent upon receipt. In the event of a visibly damaged parcel, you are advised to note this with the delivery agent and contact us immediately. Any parcel accepted without reservation is considered to have been received in good condition.

8. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

In the event of absence during a delivery attempt, a delivery notice will be left and a new attempt will be arranged. If the parcel cannot be delivered after several attempts (incorrect address, recipient unreachable, unannounced refusal of receipt), it will be returned to AZAYLA BRAND. In this case, redelivery fees may be applied for any new delivery attempt.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

AZAYLA BRAND is committed to doing everything possible to ensure delivery within the announced timeframes. However, our liability cannot be engaged in the event of delay or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, social conflicts, government decisions or any other force majeure event.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These shipping conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute relating to a delivery or an order, AZAYLA BRAND commits to seeking, as a priority, an amicable and satisfactory solution for both parties. If no amicable resolution is found within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the city of Rabat, in accordance with the provisions of Moroccan Law No. 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures, as well as the Moroccan Commercial Code.
